Chef Ryan has over a decade of experience with both Japanese culture and cuisine. Both living and working in Japan, he studied traditional food techniques and pairings. With over 10 acquiring knowledge, Chef Ryan has gained extensive knowledge about the language, culture, and cuisine. A serendipitous encounter between the founder of Hiyake and Chef Ryan has since blossomed into a partnership of elevated dining and a menu to astound. When you dine with Hiyake, Chef Ryan advises keeping a keen eye on the flavor pairings.
